Welcome to Roofus Australia. This website is owned and operated by Roofus Australia. When you purchase any of our products, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
PRIVACY
Roofus Australia is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Roofus Australia. Any details collected from our customers is in order to provide our products and/or services, as well as quality customer service. Registered users may receive news from us about new products or special deals. Users can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at roofusaustralia@iinet.net.au
SECURITY
Roofus Australia makes every effort to ensure that transactions on its website are secure. Roofus Australia does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. All orders are processed over guaranteed secure industry standard SSL Certificate encryption technology. When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us.
PAYMENT
Through our online store, Roofus Australia accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to pay another way, please contact us at admin@roofusaustralia.com, to discuss bank transfer or PayPal.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Roofus Australia reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Purchasers outside of Australia are not charged GST.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Roofus Australia want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected (or you’ve simply had a change of heart) it can be returned for an exchange or full refund (ex shipping costs.) Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund strictly under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
- The item is in the same condition and full packaging as when you first bought it and with the original labels attached.
- The original receipt is included with the return item.
AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERING
Sometimes items that are listed as in stock may have just gone out of stock. We endeavour to note this on the site but apologise if this situation does occur. In this case we will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund, or discuss offering you an agreed alternative.
SHIPPING
All shipping is FREE within Australia. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days.
Please allow up to 21 days delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We don’t currently offer international ordering through our online store.
For international orders, please contact us at admin@roofusaustralia.com to organise a shipping quote and direct payment option.
COLOURS
Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your product by following the care instructions on the label. It is imperative that you follow our care and maintenance instructions for the quality and long life of our product.
